Depending on the size and setting of your group, we have two ways we can help cater your event (hover over each image to learn more):
Take your event to the next level and impress your guests with a food experience! Perfect for gatherings of 25 or more such as weddings, parties, or corporate events. Meals are made to order ensuring hot, fresh and delicious food!
How it works: We’ll work with you to create a customized menu based on our food truck offerings; sandwich options include Vienna Beef hot dogs, Italian and Polish sausages, bratwurst, gyros, and of course, our famous Chicago Italian beef. Your guests or employees will order directly from our food truck staff and receive freshly made food. We offer two payment options: 1) a pre-paid minimum with a running tab or 2) set fee for the event with tickets for the participants entitling them to a single item and self pay for addition items. and we’ll keep a running tab of the orders for final payment at the end of your event.

Buffet catering is cost effective for large groups and allows guests to try more than one item. Your food comes hot, served buffet style. Our catering manager will work with you to customize your order to meet your needs and budget.
What we provide: Your choice of main dishes including Vienna Beef hot dogs, Italian and Polish sausages, bratwurst, gyros, and of course, our famous Chicago Italian beef. Buns, rolls, and toppings are included - let your guests dive in and make their own creations! Side options include: green salad with three dressings, pasta salad and bagged chips.
